Located in the heart of Kennedy Town, this 650 square foot residence was recently redesigned to reflect a modern, minimalist aesthetic. Originally a three-bedroom apartment, the young couple who own the space decided to knock down the wall separating two of the rooms and create a versatile space that could be used as a home office, library, and walk-in closet.
The dominant material used throughout the apartment is wood, which adds warmth and texture to the space. The floors are made of a light-colored hardwood, while the walls are painted a soft, neutral gray. The kitchen features sleek, white cabinetry and a stone countertop, which adds a touch of luxury to the space.
One of the most striking features of the apartment is the feature wall in living room. The wood panel concealed the master bedroom door and make more clean and minimal.
The studyroom is located at the back of the apartment and features a large, built-in wardrobe. The wardrobe is made of the same wood with leather finish, which helps to tie the space together. The bed is positioned against a wall with a large window, which provides plenty of natural light.
